Calurla Chalets:
Not just your average cabin. These cosy, self-contained chalets have all you need. On the main floor, there is a comfy lounge, dining and kitchen. There are pots and pans, cutlery & crockery, all linen, extra blankets & pillows, towels, a stereo, TV & DVD player. The chalets are designed for year round comfort. There's reverse cycle airconditioning making things nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

It's bright and airy. Take in star filled nights and the ever changing morning light from your queen-sized bed in the loft. Sit on the wooden deck and marvel at the stunning views across the Tweed Valley to Mount Warning and the Border Ranges. There are birds galore who come and visit you.

Calurla Cottage:
It's big, its' bright and it's comfortable. There is a king size bed in a separate bedroom. Here too, you can lie in bed and take in the view. Surrounded by gardens and tall timbers, look out to the north at majestic Mount Warning.

Like the chalets, the cottage is fully self-contained and has all you need. All the bits in the kitchen to prepare simple meals, blankets, pillows, linen, towels and all that. The loungeroom has a super comfy furniture to sit and watch the latest DVDs, listen to a vavourite CD on the stereo and just snuggle up in front of the wood fire. The cottage is airconditioned for those hot summer days. Surrounding the building are lovely wide shady verandahs. Relax and enjoy the view.

Calurla is a rural hideaway located in the heart of the Northern Rivers. It is a special place with spectacular views and 60 acres for you to explore. We are within easy reach of all the wonderful adventures of the Northern Rivers area. A scenic 1 hour drive from Byron Bay and the Gold Coast and 15 minutes from the world famous village of Nimbin.
